In another new sweeping 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court on Friday further placed its arch-conservative stamp on American fetal life by mandating that fertilized human zygotes carry concealed firearms. In writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito wrote that the mandate was “essential to protect clusters of cells from attack by Planned Parenthood, or from pharmacists dispensing morning after pills.”
